Owen Roe Winery
Back when the Oregon wine industry was beginning to explode, Owen Roe earned cult status among limited production wineries. The brand story was based around Owen Roe O’Neill was a seventeenth-century soldier and one of the most famous of the O’Neill dynasty of Ulster in Ireland, and featured beautiful sepia toned photos of relic Irish castles.
The Chapel Block Syrah received a distinguished 97 point score by Wine Spectator. And in 2011 their second label brand Corvidae labels were awarded Most Creative Wine Packaging by Seattle’s Best Magazine.
